I loved the location of the hotel. It’s right in the middle of downtown and you can walk to nice restaurants and shops in the area.

Zero complaints with this hotel. I was only in town for two days for my son’s wrestling tournament. I had read several reviews with other hotels, decided I would go with the Hyatt and it did not disappoint. Breakfast was awesome so many options and delicious as well. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Comfy, clean and I was on the 5th floor so I had a nice view. I will stay here again if I am ever this way.

I loved my stay at the Hyatt. The staff were friendly. The bar was everything. The bartender and cook were the best. The lemon pepper wings were to die for! The room were very clean.

Location was EXCELLENT near McLeod Regional Maedical Center were I had my Procedure. Did not get to try the cafe or the Breakfast as I was doing a Colonoscopy Prep night of stay and recovery morning of check out

It has a Starbucks and a huge second floor balcony sitting area. We loved the breakfast and we loved the aesthetic and atmosphere.

Very clean and spacious, and the staff was helpful and courteous, especially the receptionist she was very kind and took her time explaining things. My family also enjoyed the free breakfast, which was great, and the fitness facilities were clean.

The beautiful downtown location offer convenience at your fingertips. The local businesses around offer all you could need while you are enjoying your stay. The property is meticulously well maintained. The rooms are exceptionally comforting.

I liked the breakfast. It was hot and fresh daily and they even had grits. Most hotels don't and I love grits. The view was nice because we had the corner room. The location was good.

The breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed the fresh fruit; it was a well-organized eating area. Everything was clean. The pool was beautiful. I loved the pool side because it was child friendly with pool toys that could be shared by all. This hotel allowed pets and did not smell like animals. This was great for my allergies. The view and Florence area was awesome.
